Mosaic Monday & Giveaway Winner Announcement!

In this final week of Spring, I chose for my mosaic theme a look back at the season.  And what a lovely season it was!  We were showered with such delicate beauties appropriately representing new beginnings.  And we welcomed into our homes the colors that Mother Nature re-introduces to this part of the world!

Hydrangea ~ Mosaic Monday and A Giveaway!

 

It's Mosaic Monday and this week I chose to feature flowers and plates.  In these weeks between spring and summer, we can appreciate the blooms of both seasons.  Hyacinths and crocus, daisies and hydrangea.  I love when flowers are either a motif on plates or surrounding plain dishes.  I also love hanging a collection of plates on the wall as they look fresh and homey.

And now for the giveaway.  Cindy at My Romantic Home hosts a giveaway party the second Monday of each month.  Since hydrangea plates are the theme for my mosaic today, I have decided to give away one of my Fitz & Floyd blue hydrangea plates.  (Click the photos to enlarge.)

 

I won two of these plates on ebay a few years ago.  I absolutely love them and have had every intention to hang them.  I just haven't found the perfect spot for both, so one of them can now be yours.

 

There are small holes in the back of the plate, so it can be hung on a wall or used as a canape dish.
